The Duke – North Carolina rivalry is as intense as you will find in college hoops. The rivalry is heated. The schools are located within miles of one another.

It’s at the point where the managers of both teams have a scrimmage in the arena where the actual game takes place.

Managers can most likely hoop a little since they show such interest in the game. But in this case, things got chippy when what appears to be a North Carolina manager elbows a Duke manager after gaining control of a rebound.

According to CBSSports.com North Carolina was the winner 38-33.
