Embattled celebrity chef Paula Deen is "back in the saddle." Her announcement came during a cooking demonstration this weekend at the South Beach Wine and Food Festival  in Florida eight months after a racial slur scandal.

Deen was joined by Food Network star Robert Irvine, who dealt with his own scandal in 2008. Irvine told Deen, "You've apologized. You've eaten crow. You're done. Don't do it anymore." He then got down on all fours and Deen straddled his back.
