Forrest Gump ran for “three years, two months, 14 days, and 16 hours,” — so that means he and Reggie Bush have two things in common: They played major college football and they love to run. The only difference is Bush likes to run sprints and not long distances like Mr. Gump.

In a video for runnersworld.com, Bush talks about how important running is to him as a football player and the importance to his position. He notes he was a track guy in high school, in which he only ran sprints.

Bush also runs down some of his workouts. Do you think you could hang with him?

What is the longest distance you have run?
