Fiat Chrysler Recalls 18K New 500L Cars Due To Transmission Issue

DETROIT  (WWJ) - Fiat Chrysler says it's recalling 18,000 new 500L cars because there may be  problems shifting them out of park.

They were built between April of 2013 and January 2014. Chrysler said it had more than 100 reports of problems , but no crashes or injuries.

The automaker will begin notifying owners of the recall in April.
