DETROIT (WWJ) – A freeway shooting in Detroit early Sunday morning leaves multiple people with injuries.

Michigan State Police said three people were driving on I-96 near Greenfield Road after leaving a club, when a pickup truck pulled alongside them and shot at them.

The truck fled as the victims lost control of their car and ended up on the shoulder of  I-96.

Police told WWJ that all three suffered minor injuries but are non-life threatening. One person was injured from the shots fired, the other two people injured from the glass shattering in the car.
