Since he was a senior in high school, some people have believed that South Carolina’s DE Jadeveon Clowney should be the NFL’s No. 1 pick. To this day, many NFL GMs, beat writers and mock draft experts all have Clowney in the top 5 of this year’s NFL draft.

Being that Clowney is expected to be drafted that high, why would the Lions bring him in for a reported visit since they draft at 10?

Ian Rapoport of NFL.com tweeted that the Lions are expected to bring Clowney in for a visit. This is very interested as the Lions do need another DE but at what cost? Is it worth trading up for Clowney? Would you do it?

Clowney is most known around Michigan for the hit he laid on Michigan RB Vincent Smith.

Would you trade up for Clowney? Vote below.
