Sporty Spice, Baby Spice and Ginger Spice got together to celebrate the 40th birthday of Posh Spice, aka Victoria Beckham. Pictures of the event, which took place in London, were tweeted out, and it appeared the British group was having a great time.

Actress Tori Spelling was recently hospitalized for at least six days for reasons unknown. The report comes amid ongoing marital issues with husband Dean McDermott, who allegedly cheated on Spelling with a 28-year-old woman while in Canada promoting his show.

Spelling was photographed getting into an SUV wearing a hospital band on her wrist.

Spelling, by the way, has a new Lifetime reality series "True Tori."
