Spring is in the air and that only means one thing for parents of little boys and girls: Little League season is back at it. While kids are dreaming of playing in the Little League World Series — as Grosse Pointe did last season — all the kids are prepping to do their best.

The best thing is exactly what I found while watching this video of an amazing catch by a little leaguer. A young man wearing No. 28 is playing right field. Some dude has a video camera in the outfield, and that’s when the amazing catch happened.

The kid went as fast as he could to the wall and dove for the ball, which he caught.

The one part of the video that kind of bothers me is what the dude with camera said … “Ohhh, get out, get out?” What was he yelling get out for? I thought at first it was “get up” which would have been even worse the kid can’t be any older than 12. I also like the fact he doesn’t move since he has such a good shot — and just yells a few words. You at least see one parent/observer check on the kid.
