Police Comb Oakland University Campus For ‘Wanted Man’

AUBURN HILLS (WWJ) – Several police officers are combing the Oakland University campus in Auburn Hills in search of a wanted criminal.

According to police, the man, who has an arrest warrant, was seen Wednesday morning running in the direction of Oakland University from Walton Boulevard near the Beacon Hill Apartments, just east of North Squirrel Road.

Auburn Hills and university police are currently looking for a  34-year-old light-skinned Hispanic male, 5’5″ tall and 170 lbs. He was last seen wearing a blue T-shirt, blue jeans and a Tigers baseball hat.

A university official said police did not specify what charges the man is wanted for.
