Police Warn Residents About Stranger Danger Incident In Farmington Hills

FARMINGTON HILLS (WWJ) – Police in Farmington Hills are warning parents about a stranger danger encounter  involving a young child a near a bus stop.

Police say on Friday an 8-year-old boy was approached at a school bus stop at Cranleigh and Briarwyke Drive.

A 6 foot tall man – with a skinny build approached the child and asked him to get inside his white four-door vehicle. But the little boy kept walking away from the man– and went directly home.

Meantime, as Farmington Hills Police continue their investigation, they will be increasing patrols in the areas of schools and bus stops.
