Dearborn Man Accused Of Having Sex With Teen Arraigned On Several Charges

TAYLOR (WWJ) - A 23-year-old Dearborn man accused of having sex with a 14-year-old girl is facing several charges in the case.

Hassan Kamel Mougnieh was arraigned Friday in 23rd District Court on three counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct and two counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct.

According to police, officers were on routine patrol around 10:50 p.m. Wednesday when they came upon a mini-van in a shopping center parking lot along Eureka and Telegraph roads in Taylor.

It's alleged that Mougnieh was having sex with the girl inside the mini-van.

Mougnieh was released on a $35,000 bond and is prohibited from having contact with minors. He's due back in court for a preliminary examination on May 28.
