Trash talking in the NBA has gone up another level. We all remember the great trash talking from Gary Payton, Reggie Miller and Michael Jordan, but this is something else altogether.

The current trash talking king in the NBA is Lance Stephenson of the Indiana Pacers. I call him the king because he’s not talking trash to just anyone — he’s talking trash to LeBron James.

Last night the Pacers topped the Heat 93-90, and Stephenson was up to his usual antics. This time, though, he didn’t talk, he blew in the ear of James.

Is this taking trash talking too far?
