There is a reason why I only play golf now, and won’t ever entertain trying to play another sport in my life. After breaking your hand and getting screws in it, tearing an acl, breaking your tibia and fibula in half, I think just about anyone would stop trying new sports.
One sport that I most likely wouldn’t have played, even in my younger days, is ultimate Frisbee. Heck, when I was in high school through the late ’90s, I don’t even know if this sport was invented yet.
I can’t really describe what takes place in this video because I stopped watching once I could see the injury about to take place. It looks like a hyperextension or something along those lines. You can see for yourself (if you dare.)
