There are many ways to have a walk-off win in baseball. The home run, single, sac fly, walk off walk…heck, this year I watched the Tigers lose on a walk off balk.

But I never saw a walk off win by way of stealing home until today.

In the Ohio State baseball tournament Tinora High School was taking on Crestview for a chance to play in the D-IV state championship.

With the ball game tied in the bottom of the 7th with two outs and a runner on third — what would you do? Most likely it wouldn’t be send the runner and try to steal home…

Tinora won the game, but if you ask me they got lucky since the ball was at home in plenty of time and the catcher dropped the ball. Well done, Tinora, well done.
