HYAAT CHAUDHARY: CEO of Carbon Media Group in Bingham Farms. Carbon Media Group produces digital content for outdoor enthusiasts, connecting brands through digital and content advertising. In addition to its more than 600 websites for the outdoor, action, and agriculture industries, Carbon Media Group has a network of YouTube channels and recently launched CarbonTV.com. Clients include Allstate, Home Depot, Chevrolet, and John Deere. Under Chaudhary's leadership, Carbon Media Group increased its revenue by more than 30 percent in 2013 and plans to hire an additional 20 employees this year. The company was named one of the Detroit Free Press' Top Workplaces in the state of Michigan and one of the 2014 Michigan 50 Companies to Watch. Prior to joining Carbon Media Group, Chaudhary spent seven years in venture capital and private equity, as well as founding and serving as the CEO of eBrands, an ecommerce company.
