NATHAN CONWAY: CEO of Fortis Energy Services Inc. in Bloomfield Hills. Fortis is an oil and gas service company, providing oil and gas well services throughout the production life cycle of the well to companies in several states. Fortis, which started as Arrow Energy Services, has more than $15 million in revenue and more than 100 employees. Under Conway's leadership, the company has added several new rigs to its fleet and plans to double the size of its headquarters this year while hiring several new employees. Conway recently was named one of the DBusiness 30 in their 30s. Previously, he was chief operating officer of Ward Williston Oil Co. in North Dakota where he oversaw revenue growth and led the successful divestiture of two divisions. As a result, Conway was named to the 40 Under 40 list by Business Watch magazine in North Dakota. He is the golf committee chairman and founder of the JAM USA Golf Outing, benefitting Joint Aid Management, a South African nonprofit humanitarian organization.
