MARK ST. PETER: CEO and managing director of Computing Source in Southfield. Computing Source is a digital evidence and legal support firm with several offices in Michigan, Chicago, and elsewhere. In his role, St. Peter develops and executes the company's strategic vision, oversees long-term growth, and manages day-to-day operations. He got his first paying job using computers in high school and dropped out of the University of Michigan to do computer work full time. He founded Computing Source in 2001 and has spent the past 13 years developing the firm into the largest provider of legal support services in Michigan. The company grew in 2013 from approximately 20 to more than 100 team members, opened its second office in downtown Detroit as well as new offices in Ann Arbor, Grand Rapids, and Chicago. It acquired the demonstrative evidence and trial presentation firm Evidence Express in Birmingham and more than doubled its service offerings. In May, Computing Source acquired Southfield-based MuniDeals.
