DETROIT (97.1 THE TICKET) – Ongoing contract talks with Ndamukong Suh have seemingly taken a turn for the worse, ostensibly because there hasn’t been any significant movement toward a deal with him.

Sources tells ESPN that the Detroit Lions are concerned over whether they can complete a deal with Suh before training camp – with veterans expected to report on Sunday.

Should a deal fail to materialize with Suh before camp begins – it’s questionable whether Suh will remain with the team beyond next season.

Stay tuned as the Suh drama off the field unfolds.

Saturday, August 9, the Detroit Lions will take on the Cleveland Browns at Ford Field in the first of four preseason games.
