It seems like we are always seeing trick shots and clever catches nowadays. It’s the current trend with young athletes. I think a lot of it has to do with the social media avenue and kids wanting to get clicks and likes.

Well, University of Florida freshman QB Will Grier is the most recent athlete to join the party. He posted a video at the Swamp of him doing a backflip and catching a football that his teammate kicked up to him.

The amount of concentration and athleticism it takes to do a stunt like this is unbelievable and extremely impressive, in my opinion. Is this as good as Minnesota’s Logan Hutton?

Heck, most people can’t do a backflip to begin with. Doing one while catching a football, and hanging onto it is pretty crazy. Check it out…
