JEN RANDALL: President and co-founder of Maestro in Kalamazoo. Founded in 2007, Maestro helps companies and organizations build communication, sales, and training programs through online, mobile, and blended-learning technologies. Randall works with the Maestro team to create learning products and apps for mobile learning using 3D, video, and animation technologies for Maestro's Fortune 1000 clients, including Facebook, Johnson & Johnson, Stryker, and Netflix. The company was named one of the 50 Companies to Watch by the Edward Lowe Foundation and was a winner of a Main Street USA Best Small Business Award, and the Small Business & Technology Development Center's Best Small Business Award. Maestro has been ranked in the Inc. 5000 for the past two years, most recently reporting a three-year revenue growth of 343 percent with revenue of $3.7 million in 2012.
