STEVE SWANSON: Founder and president of LevelSet Solutions in Royal Oak. LevelSet Solutions provides Internet marketing, business technology solutions, and custom software. Under Swanson's leadership, LevelSet has increased its staff by 25 percent in the past year to service its growing customer base. The firm's work has been recognized by several organizations. LevelSet won the Interactive Advertising Competition Award for outstanding website for Crittenton Hospital's site and a WebAward Insurance Standard of Excellence for the redesign of the Amerisure Insurance website. LevelSet Solutions has been a leading sponsor of the Crittenton Classic for the Crittenton Foundation and has participated in an annual holiday adopt-a-family program. Previously, Swanson was CIO of Budco, The Dialogue Co., a marketing services company where he led a team of more than 100. At Budco, he led the initiative to establish a healthcare services offering that catered to Fortune 500 organizations seeking to reduce cost. This effort was one of the most profitable in Budco's history.
