Videos of coaches freaking out never get old. Whether it’s a press conference, an argument with a player, or a public display on the field, it’s always fun to watch coaches lose their cool.

In this video, you’ll see the manager of the Myrtle Beach Pelicans, Joe Mikulik, show some serious temper. The Pelicans are a High-A affiliate of the Texas Rangers and Mikulik certainly wasn’t happy with the umpires. He’s known for being one of the most energetic and “firey” managers in minor league baseball.

As the top of the 5th inning ended, Mikulik argued with the umpires and went on to remove his shoes, his jersey, and even slid into home plate a few times.

This situation perfectly demonstrates the craziness and unpredictability of Minor League Baseball…
