Boston Cop Who Celebrated Red Sox Win Over Tigers Gets Bobblehead [PHOTO]

By: Evan Jankens

It was Oct. 13, 2013, when the Detroit Tigers took on the Boston Red Sox in the ALCS in a night that will linger with Tigers fans. It’s the night David Ortiz hit a long fly ball to right field, Torii Hunter went back, tracking the ball and bam, Hunter hit the wall, flipped over the wall, and David Ortiz hit a grand slam.

The eight-inning grand slam not only basically shut the door on the Tigers World Series hopes but also put a Boston cop on the map.

Boston Police officer Steve Horgan threw his arms up in celebration as he was in the Red Sox bullpen and just to the right of Torii Hunter. This photo has become iconic to the people of Boston but has left a sour taste in Tigers fans mouths.

Horgan is being honored once again, this time he has his own bobblehead. Yes, this is serious! Check out the photo below.

Who would you want to see made into a bobblehead?
