PETE DAVIS: Founder and CEO of Impact Management Services in Southfield. Impact Management Services provides staff management and professional search solutions for businesses in the engineering, technology, automotive, and other sectors. Under Davis' leadership, the firm recently opened a second office in Chesterfield Township and is on track to nearly double revenue from $16.5 million in 2013 to a projected $30 million in 2014. Impact Management has been recognized on the Inc. 5000 for four consecutive years, reporting a three-year growth of 302 percent. Davis is a member and former president of the Entrepreneurs' Organization Detroit and has served as a trustee for Oakwood Hospitals' Center for Exceptional Families.
