This post is the reason why sports are amazing -- It's not all about players getting suspended for drugs, oversized egos getting out of control and stars using their power for all the wrong reasons.

It's not even about Kate Upton.

Helping people out is what make sports so special.

This story out of Western Michigan University is a prime example of how the best among us use sports beyond wins and losses.

Sean Mulhearn is a former Bronco and his son, John is in a wheelchair and is also the Broncos biggest fan. The Broncos and John's father did something very special for him --They helped John score a touchdown.

Quarterback Zach Terrell took the snap and handed it off to Mulhearn. John took the ball into the endzone for a touchdown as the entire team followed him in.

This video is a great example of how sports can change someones life for the better!
