DETROIT (WWJ) – The man accused of killing his wife in Detroit and trying to hide her body in a nearby abandoned home is being extradited to Michigan to face charges Wednesday.

A frantic search for Alicia Fox, her baby son and six year old daughter Kayla began in June. The family put up flyers, concerned they hadn’t heard from Fox for days.

Her body was discovered shortly after in an abandoned home on Penrod, police believe she had been shot in the head in late May. Over two months after his arrest in Georgia, Fox’s husband Erin Justice will finally be extradited to Michigan this week.

The Wayne County Prosecutor says that Justice will appear in 36th District court Wednesday to face charges of first degree murder.

His associate Timothy Jones has already been charged with tampering with evidence and concealing a death.

Fox’s two young children have never been found.
