Police Ask For Help Finding Newborn And Cousin Last Seen With The Infant

DETROIT (WWJ) – Police in Detroit are asking for help in locating a newborn and the young relative who was last seen with the infant.
Seven-week-old Ziairr Ryles was last seen by his grandmother at a residence on Outer Drive Tuesday. The grandmother dropped off a cousin, Quaiana Taylor, (now a suspect) and the baby to visit friends.
Ziairr has dark brown hair and brown eyes, weighs approximately 7 pounds and is about 20 inches long.
He was last seen wearing an orange tee-shirt with a monkey picture on it and monkey print pants. The baby may be wearing different clothing. The mother of the missing boy stated that Quaiana Taylor had taken a change of clothes for him.
Taylor is 21, about 5’6″ – 5’8″ tall and weighs roughly 190-215 pounds, medium length black straight weave worn in a ponytail. She was last seen wearing an orange tank top and black pants.
The cousin took the baby into the apartment complex, but apparently never arrived at the apartment.
