Canton Girl Found Safe But Police Releasing Few Details

DEARBORN (WWJ) - A 12-year-old Canton girl who went missing Tuesday morning has been found safe.

Miranda Freiburg was last seen at 7:05 a.m., in the area of Cherry Hill and Lotz Roads in Canton and was found around 11 p.m. in Dearborn.

Police did not release any other information about the girl's whereabouts during the day but tell WWJ that she was found in the area of Rotunda and Greenfield.

Freiburg was taken to an area hospital for evaluation as an investigation into the circumstances of her disappearance continues.
