Reward Offered To I.D. Suspect In Walmart Assault

LIVONIA (WWJ) - A cash reward is being offered to the tipster who can identify a man wanted for an assault at a Livonia Walmart.

According to Crime Stoppers of Michigan, the incident took place on Friday, Sept. 12, at 7:08 p.m. at the store located at 29555 Plymouth near Middlebelt Road.

The suspect, whose images was captured on security footage, is described as a black male; 40-45 years old; 6 feet to 6 feet, 2 inches tall and 200- 240 lbs.  He was wearing a red hooded sweatshirt and is believed to have been driving a gold Mercedes Benz.

Crime Stoppers is offered up to $1,000 for the tip leading to an arrest in this case.
