Amid Controversy, Michigan Loses First Recruit, 4-Star Defensive End

ANN ARBOR (971. The Ticket) -- Just when fans thought it couldn't get much worse for the Michigan Wolverines football program, four-star recruit Darian Roseboro announced on Twitter Monday night that he has decommitted from the program.

The 6-foot-4, 285 pound defensive end from the Class of 2015 plays at Lincolnton High School in North Carolina and ranks in ESPN's Top 300.

With the turmoil that currently surrounds the Michigan football program -- quarterback Shane Morris being put back into the game against Minnesota on Saturday after presumably sustaining a concussion, and the team off to a 2-3 start in Brady Hoke's fourth year -- it is hard to believe that Roseboro will be the only player to renege on his arrangement with the University.

Michigan still has 10 recruits committed for the Class of 2015, so far.
