Detroit Police Seek Tips In Case Of Missing 23-Year-Old Woman

DETROIT (WWJ) - Detroit police are looking for tips from the public in the case of a missing woman.

Felicia Means, 23, was last seen at her home in  20445 block of Terrell in Detroit early on Thursday, Sept. 25.  Family members say she left at around 2 a.m. that morning, and hasn't been seen or heard from since.

Means is described as a black female; 5 feet, 4 inches tall and around 160 lbs., with a dark complexion. She has long black hair and a medium build.

Police say she has recently been diagnosed with Bipolar disorder and family members are concerned for her safety.

Anyone who has seen Means or who knows where she is asked to call Detroit Police Criminal Investigations at 313-596-1140.
