15-Year-Old Girl Missing In Detroit

DETROIT (WWJ) - A Detroit mother is worried about her 15-year-old daughter who's been missing since Monday afternoon.

RaeAnna Hamilton was last seen Nov. 10 at her home in the 17300 block of Roselawn in Detroit.

Mother Kim Milton told police that RaeAnna left behind a note that indicated she would call her, but Milton says she hasn't seen or heard from since the two shared a cup of coffee at around 8 a.m. that day.

Milton said she's been doing everything she can to find her daughter.

"I'm getting flyers all over the city, our family is out, we're all out everywhere canvassing," she told WWJ Newsradio 950. "I'm putting out flyers and talking to everybody — anybody who'll listen."

RaeAnna is described as a black female, around 5 feet, 2 inches tall and 110 lbs. with a medium brown complexion, medium-length black hair, brown eyes and a small build. She was last seen wearing a white knit sweater with fur around the hood, a camouflage jacket and brown boots.

Police said she's believed to be in good mental and physical condition.

"She is a very smart, very intelligent 15-year-old....she just lights up a room," Milton said. "Everybody loves her; she has a lot of family."

If anyone has seen RaeAnna is asked to call Detroit Police Criminal Investigations at 313-596-1240.
