Michigan DE Frank Clark Arrested For Domestic Violence

ANN ARBOR (AP/CBS Detroit) -- Michigan defensive end Frank Clark is in legal trouble again, locked in an Ohio jail on a domestic violence charge.

Online records show the 21-year-old Ypsilanti-area resident was being held without bond Sunday in the Erie County jail in Sandusky, Ohio.

Perkins Township police arrested Clark on Saturday and say they expect to release more information on the case later Sunday.

The Associated Press left a telephone message Sunday seeking University of Michigan Athletic Department comment.

Clark has 42 tackles and 4 ½ sacks this season for Michigan, which hosts Maryland on Saturday.

In 2012, Clark pleaded guilty to a felony, second-degree home invasion charge after admitting that he took a laptop from a dorm room without permission. Michigan coach Brady Hoke suspended Clark for a week of preseason practice and the opener against Alabama.
