As the MLB baseball Winter Meetings continue in San Diego, every baseball media member in the country is waiting for the next big move. We've seen the White Sox and Indians already make deals to improve themselves; so it's only natural to wonder when the Tigers will make their splash.

Former Mets GM and current Sirius/XM MLB radio host Steve Phillips believes Detroit is nowhere close to being done this offseason. Phillips, like most, still thinks the Tigers need a corner outfielder, reliever and he wouldn't put it past the team to bring back Max Scherzer as well.

Whatever Detroit does the rest of the offseason, Phillips has total faith that Tigers GM Dave Dombrowski will get it right. "I don't bet against Dave Dombrowski ever, I believe that the Tigers can and will be the team to beat in the central this year, but they have a little work to do this offseason."

Phillips also gave his opinion about a possible Rick Porcello for Yoenis Cespedes trade should it happen. Check out the video for all of Phillips thoughts and make sure to check back for more interviews, rumors and videos from the baseball winter meetings.
