Tigers Announce 2015 Spring Training Broadcast Schedule

DETROIT- The Detroit Tigers today announced their 2015 Spring Training broadcast schedule, which features 22 radio broadcasts on WXYT, five television broadcasts on FOX Sports Detroit and one television broadcast on ESPN.

Veteran Tigers radio duo Dan Dickerson and Jim Price will call all the action on 97.1 FM The Ticket and WXYT 1270 AM. The Schedule is subject to change based on programming conflicts.

Tune in when FOX Sports Detroit broadcasts five games during the Grapefruit League schedule, including March 22 against the Atlanta Braves from Champion Stadium in Lake Buena Vista, March 25 against the Miami Marlins from Joker Marchant Stadium in Lakeland, March 26 against the Baltimore Orioles Joker Marchant Stadium in Lakeland, March 30 against the Atlanta Braves Joker Marchant Stadium in Lakeland and April 3 against the Tampa Bay Rays Joker Marchant Stadium in Lakeland. ESPN will broadcast the Tigers game against the New York Yankees on April 2 from Lakeland.

This spring will mark the Tigers 79th season at TigerTown in Lakeland, extending the longest-standing relationship between a major league team and a current Spring Training host city. The 2015 spring season marks the club's 50th consecutive season of exhibition play at Joker Marchant Stadium.
