Gov. Rick Snyder talks about his second term and the road ahead for the region and state during a far flung conversation with "Michigan Matters" host Carol Cain.

Snyder, the state's 48th governor, also discussed his hard fought re-election bid and what's ahead for Michigan with the start of the North American International Auto Show opening for the media this coming week  The blockbuster show held at Cobo Center, will attract hundreds of thousands of people and bring in millions for the region, will open for the public next Saturday.

Snyder also focuses  on addressing the state's talent gap and how the state is adjusting to help the cause.
