Dan Leach's NFL Locks: 2015 Conference Championship Sunday Playoff Edition

By Dan Leach
@dtmleach

The playoffs are finally here and this is where the #DTMPREDICTIONMACHINE takes it to another level. I have been on fire for you all year long and do not expect to slow down anytime soon as teams are now one win away from the Super Bowl, DTM is three more wins away from making your football season! And....Here....We....Go!

DTM Song Of The Week: "Luck Be A Lady" by Frank Sinatra

There is no better song for the #DTMPREDICITIONMACHINE to announce its grandeur then with the ultimate crooner, Frank Sinatra, talking about his fave QB Andrew Luck. Frank might be in a better place now, but even he knew that 2015 was the year of Luck and the Colts!

Green Bay Packers at Seattle Seahawks 3:05 PM EST Sunday TV FOX (Hawks -7.5)

This could end up being one of the classic Title games that you will want to tell your kids about for years. It also could end in an absolute rout... by the Packers. Yes, you heard me say it. As good as this Seahawks team has been playing, there is just something about the way Green Bay matches up with them. Seattle has struggled to get the offense going at times over the past month and if that happens on Sunday and A-Rodg and the Pack are ready for it, they could be up by 14 before you blink. My better senses tell me this will be a close game throughout, but G.B. will be in it until the end regardless and likely will be in front, putting all the pressure on the inferior offense of the two.

This game is going to come down to who can get that key stop or turnover late. The way the Seahawks defense has been playing, you can feel confident that they will never be out of this one. But Rodgers and the Pack aren't afraid of the Hawks and their style of play makes them the only team in the NFC this year that can truly beat Seattle at home. I am not calling the outright Pack upset, but it would surprise me nil if that is what transpires in the Emerald City on Sunday afternoon.

AFC TITLE GAME -- Indianapolis Colts at New England Patriots 6:40 PM Sunday TV CBS 62 (Pats -7)

Well here we go! I told you last week the Colts would win outright -- and I'm going to tell you they will do it again! Andrew Luck was ready for his signature moment last week at Mile High and he knows if he gets this one done, he will be just one win away from a Super Bowl title and etching his name in the minds of many fans as the best QB in the NFL. I think he is right on the cusp of that now and he goes against arguably the greatest QB of this generation in terrific Tom Brady, who might be playing in a last-best-chance type of game for him and his Pats to win it all.

The key for Indy has been Luck of course, but almost as important as been the phenomenal play of its defense which was a massive reason they were able to get by Denver last week, forcing Manning into awful throws and continually harassing him throughout the entire game torn quad or not. Look for that Colts D to do the same to Brady, who got lucky to pull the rabbits foot out and get away from the Ravens divisional game with a win last week. There will be a lot of back and forth but in the end, Luck will out-duel Brady and Coach Pagano's troops will start their trek to Glendale for Super Bowl XLIX!
