Man Killed Walking Across Davison Street In Detroit
DETROIT (WWJ) - Police in Detroit are investigating the death of a pedestrian who was hit by a car on Davison near Lawton Thursday night.
Detroit Police Sgt. Eren Stephens tells WWJ, a 40-year old man was crossing the street and was hit by a car driven by a woman. Sgt. Stephens says the man was wearing dark clothing and the area was dark at the time of the accident.
Police say the woman stopped and waited for police to arrive.
Authorities continue to investigate but at this point don't believe alcohol or drugs were involved in the accident.
