TROY (WWJ) - A 47-year-old suspected drunk driver is out of jail on a $750 bond after police say she was nearly four times the legal limit when she crashed a vehicle with her 9-year-old daughter inside.

Rosemary Andreopoulos, of Rochester, was arraigned earlier this week at 52-4 District Court in Troy on charges of operating while impaired and operating while impaired involving a child under 16 in the vehicle.

The charges stem from an accident that occurred around 4:40 p.m. Sunday near the intersection of Livernois Road and Lesdale Drive, in a neighborhood north of Crooks and Square Lake roads. in Troy

Officers arrived on the scene, found Andreopoulos' vehicle stuck in a snow bank and allegedly noticed an odor of intoxicants coming from inside the vehicle. Also in the car was Andreopoulos' 9-year-old daughter.

Police say Andreopoulos admitted to drinking and failed a series of field sobriety tests. A breathalyzer test showed her blood alcohol concentration was .29 percent, nearly four times Michigan's legal limit of .08 percent, according to police.

Andreopolous is due back in court on March 26th.
