Lindsay Lohan Attempts To 'Break The Internet' [PHOTO]

I really used to think Lindsay Lohan was the hottest woman on the planet.

That was 2004, when she starred in the movie "Mean Girls." Now in 2015, she is making a comeback but I don't think she will ever reach that greatness again.

Having said that, I still think Lohan is smoking hot.

Lohan went on Twitter Sunday afternoon with her attempt to "break the internet."

The photo didn't "break the internet," and I, frankly, am not even sure exactly what is going on in the photo.

She is wearing a see-through style shirt, but I don't even know if it's really see through.

In my opinion, Lohan really has posted sexier photos on her Twitter and Instagram accounts in the past.

Should Lohan, who is now 28, still be considered "hot?"
