Fans of the Karsch and Anderson program know that it's always funny to hear Gator squirm when he sees a graphic injury.

Personally, watching something like this makes me squirm as well.

I have suffered a bad injury when I snapped my tibia and fibula in half and looked down to see my leg hanging there by the skin.

Not a pretty sight, so I can feel for the lady in the video you are about to watch.

While working out on the leg press, an unfortunate injury occurred.

It obviously was way too much weight for the unnamed woman. How to you think Gator will react?
