CBS DETROIT - Safety Isa Abdul-Quddus has re-signed with the Detroit Lions, the player announced on his Twitter account.
The Lions brought back Abdul-Quddus, a free agent, just a few hours after free agency officially opened at 4 p.m. Tuesday.
Abdul-Quddus played in all 16 games in 2014 and recorded 32 tackles. He filled in as a starter for several games when James Ihedigbo was injured, and he also contributed on special teams.
