Mateen Cleaves Doesn't Count The Spartans Out In The NCAA Tournament

Former Spartan star Mateen Cleaves will be joining CBS Sports as a studio analyst for their NCAA tournament coverage on all their television platforms. The 2000 champion thinks Kentucky has a great chance to go undefeated, but Wisconsin has a shot to be the first Big 10 team since Cleaves' 2000 team to win it all.
Cleaves also seemed offended when asked if Spartan fans should be satisfied if they make it to the second weekend, " We have championship expectations at MSU. I don't think Tom Izzo tells his team that their goal should be the second weekend."
