Growing up, I was a giant fan of Nike. I love Nike and to me any school that was sponsored by Nike was a powerhouse in my eyes.

Michigan in the early 90's was a powerhouse in both football and basketball. Everyone knew of Michigan whether they liked it or not because of the trends the Fab Five started.

Back in April, it was reported that Michigan was changing from their current sponsor Adidas to either Nike or Under Armour.

In 2007, the University of Michigan signed a contract with Adidas. The Adidas contract at the time was the biggest public apparel contract in the country.

A photo surfaced on Twitter Monday afternoon showing a big banner that reads, "Those who stay will be champions" with a big Nike Swoosh under it.

The photo was retweeted by Michigan tight end Jake Butt.

Inside sources tell me Michigan is currently in Oregon getting "recruited" by Nike.

Do you want Michigan to return to being a Nike school?
