Ndamukong Suh Puts $3.45M Birmingham House On The Market

BIRMINGHAM (CBS Detroit) - Former Detroit Lion Ndamukong Suh has put his Birmingham home up for sale.

Suh, who now plays for the Miami Dolphins, bought the 7,394-square-foot home at 855 Pleasant Street in 2012.

The real estate listing invites potential owners to "live the ultimate lifestyle" on over an acre of land on one of Birmingham's most coveted streets.

It features five-bedrooms, four full bathrooms, three half baths and a three car garage. Other perks include an indoor "sport court," a massage room, a pool and a full-size workout area.

"Cutting edge design incorporates mixed uses of materials such as warm woods, glass, stone and metal creates an ambiance of comfort and splendor. Impressive at every turn, with custom milled trim, solid wood and glass doors, dark stained wide plank wood flooring and floor to ceiling windows," the listing reads.

The master bedroom has its own patio and the "resort-like lower level rivals the best hotel bars."
