Lions Sign Williams, Release Lora
ALLEN PARK, Mich. (AP) — The Detroit Lions have signed running back Rasheed Williams and released receiver Erik Lora, according to a report on the team's website.
Williams is an undrafted rookie out of Alfred State. Lora played at Eastern Illinois from 2009-13.
Lora had 136 receptions in 2012 and 123 in 2013, but he has not played in an NFL game.
