Police Ask For Help Locating Man Missing Over 2 Weeks

DETROIT (WWJ) - Police in Detroit are asking the public for help locating a missing man.

Emanuel Harper is 56-years-old, 5 feet 6 inches tall, and weighs 170 pounds.

Mr. Harper is bald, has brown eyes, a medium complexion, and a medium build. He was last seen in the 12400 block of Duchess on May 19, 2015 at 6:30 a.m.

Emanuel Harper is in good physical but poor mental condition.

He has gone missing one time prior.
