Court Day For Man Accused Of Taking Up-Skirt Photo Of Woman At Dairy Twist

WESTLAND (WWJ) - A man accused of taking an up-skirt photo of a woman is in court Monday morning.

Westland police say Wednesday's incident happened at Mickey's Dairy Twist on Cherry Hill Road.

The woman's brother saw what happened and tried to get the man's phone, but the suspect just walked away.

Anonymous tips and Facebook chatter helped police make an arrest.

He could face felony eavesdropping charges.
