Detroit Mom Says 15-Year-Old Girl Missing For 30th Time

DETROIT (WWJ) - A Detroit teen is missing for about the 30th time.

Diamond Aurelia Biggs, 15, was last seen by here mother on Tuesday, June 16, at around 8:30 p.m. at her home in the 3600 block of Haverhill in Detroit.

According to police, Diamond's mother was planning to go to juvenile court to start incorrigibility proceedings in next morning. The mom said her daughter has been missing a total of around 30 times.

The teen is described as about 4 feet, 9 inches tall and around 130 lbs with a medium complexion. She has cut marks on her right forearm, a tattoo of the word "Love " on her lower back and wears her hair in a bun. Her clothing at the time of her disappearance is unknown.

Police said Diamond is in good physical condition, however, she has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder.
