Detroit Pistons Release Orlando Summer League Roster
ORLANDO (CBS Detroit) -- Joining fresh draft picks Stanley Johnson and Darrun Hilliard on the Detroit Pistons 2015 Orlando Summer League roster will be second-year point guard Spencer Dinwiddie.
Dinwiddie missed last year's summer league while recovering from ACL surgery that shortened his junior season at the University of Colorado. He was leaned on by Pistons coach Stan Van Gundy in the second have of the 2014-15 season when Brandon Jennings was lost to an Achilles injury.
Also joining the Pistons roster in Orlando will be Qunicy Miller, who played four games with the Pistons last season.
Adonis Thomas led the Pistons' Developmental League affiliate, the Grand Rapids Drive, last season, averaging 18.9 points in 51 games.
